Retirement savings
There are many ways for you to save for your future. The 401K plan allows you to make pre-tax and Roth after-tax contributions via convenient payroll deductions up to the annual maximum Internal Revenue Service (IRS) limit. If you are age 50 or older, you may make an additional “catch-up” contribution to your voluntary 401K account each year—up to the annual maximum IRS limit.

Our paid leave programs help you maintain the balance of work, personal time, community interests, and commitments that are essential to your personal and professional well-being. We offer 15 paid time off each year and the fixed holidays are New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and 2 floating holidays to use throughout the year.
